Kaii does not ship products to the following states, cities, or local
jurisdictions:

- Cities & Counties: Sarasota County (FL), San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Alton (IL), Jerseyville (IL), Edwardsville County (IL), Columbus (MS), Union County (MS), Ascension (LA), Franklin (LA), Rapides (LA)
Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders containing pre-order items may take longer to fulfill. During periods of high volume, processing and delivery may be delayed. Please allow extra time for shipping under these circumstances.

Return Policy
Return Eligibility
You may request a return for an order within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to quality.
